All products are billed in US dollars.

Furrever Pup is a Canadian online business, registered in the province of Quebec.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
We process orders within the day it is received. 98% of orders ship within 24 hours of placement except week-ends and statutory holidays. Custom-made items take approximately 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Shipping from U.S. or Canadian warehouse:
- U.S.: 1-4 business days to most locations
- International: 3-10 business days to most countries
Shipping from China warehouse:
- 7-14 business days worldwide.
Shipping from Italy:
- 5-8 business days worldwide.

Do you ship to my country?
We do ship internationally to several countries. If your country does not appear at check-out, please contact us to see whether we can ship to your country.
Will I have to pay customs?
Our suppliers ship from U.S., Canada, Italy or China, depending on the products. When we ship internationally, you are responsible for all import taxes and customs charged to you by your local government.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time you placed the order. After 24 hours, there may be a 15%-20% charge which could apply.
Can I return the product and obtain a refund?
We accept returns and give refunds under certain conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
